OK Folks, your opinions, guesses and discussion is welcomed.
My Suburban runs wonderfully. No missing, good starting, no fluid loss etc.
Heath PMD, 1.5 year old IP. Has run veggy and biodiesel too. Now only running diesel.
The old girl throws a "Service Engine Soon" code 35 when the...
My friends.
Today I pulled my intake trying to track down a 35, 36 code and installed a prototype FTB setup I'm working on, and included a little bit of clear line to see if I have bubbles on the feed side.
I put it all back together, bled the fuel line, and I'll be darned if I can get...
Thank you so much for a great 2010. To usher in the holiday season right, diesel heads need a new goodie for under the hood. To that, I give you, the turbo blanket, custom fitted for the A Team turbo. Made in USA quality at a Chinese price! Made in Idaho in fact, custom fitted for the A...
My friends. I've travelled to McCall Idaho, just north of Boise. My brother in law's place has a steep driveway into it. Of course, I get to the bottom of the hill, decide to throw on the 4WD (which I tested a month ago) and nothing. No light, no 4WD, no shit I'm stuck now.
Got a NAPA...
Thank you everyone. I hope you will enjoy our next version of the FTB kit.
It's fully stainless and aluminum, no hose clamps to contend with, and once installed you'll be able to remove and reinstall the fuel line with wrenches, rather than fighting a hose clamp down in the valley...
Can I get a little hand here from more educated folks please? I'm in process of building a motor, I've found a 6.2 to use, and now want to add all my 6.5 goodies to it.
Here's what I know.
Replace 6.2 heads with my 6.5 heads
Use 6.5 IP, injectors and injector lines
Replace the intake...
Well guys, I type this with heavy heart. My Burb made it 243,000 miles and yesterday, 2 blocks from my home, that little ticking noise went from annoyance to motor grenading.
It's at a trustworthy shop right now getting diagnosed, they are 90% sure at this moment that the crankshaft snapped...
In 2 days time, I towed 7,000 pounds of potatoes to the food bank, another 3,000 pounds of vegetable oil to a secret veggie location, hauled 5 people comfortably to downhill ski (in good deep fresh powder) all the while doing it all on biofuel I made. It is comfortable, easy and inexpensive to...

Hello all,
We are proud to carry the BioPro line of Biodiesel processors. They work wonderfully.
I have for nearly 2 1/2 years now been running B100 in my Suburban, made from this machine. We have used the same machine to feed a Duramax, a 12 Valve Cummins, a 24 Valve Cummins, an old...
Good thing I put some #2 diesel in yesterday. My fuel sample that I keep in the cab was as solid as candlewax. After 2 minutes heat, look how clear and beautiful it is. That's the good made in USA stuff baby.
Remember to blend in wintertime with a little Petroleum. Just a little Christmas...
Here you are folks, by popular demand, the FTB fittings kit, or the critical machined fitting for your 6.5 IP inlet. Linky.
We have learned that many of you want to customize your fuel delivery system your way, so a complete kit, while still nice to offer isn't that popular. But a fittings...
Talk among yourselves.
How is this possible? I've had an occasional hiccup at about 80% throttle that has bugged me for years. Now, fresh heads and bingo, problem solved.
Any theories?
The old heads were cracked major, pressurizing the cooling system.
