what are the differences between the LD 2500 and the HD 2500 (besides the LD is 6 lug with a 7200# GVWR)?

I found a 6.2 Long block on the cheap..... real cheap.... but its locked up from sitting in a shed for 10 years. The guy said it has the "fine" thread injectors.
