From what I have been told, (I could be wrong, it has happened once before) PPE and EFI live clear, but not as through as a Tech2. I don't know for sure though.

Yeah, I remember that one. That was for the radar defliction, they were trying to prove that if you have one of those covers on the front of your plate and the cop aims this radar at you lisence plate, the cover was supposed to bounce the radar and give them no reading.
