Update: Wayne texted me saying the shift shaft to the transfer case binds, preventing it from shifting to 4 Lo. He could either tear apart the case to assess the shift shaft, or buy a new NVG-246 transfer case.Update: Wayne has the ABS working on the ‘99 Suburban. The ABS has not worked since I bought the truck in 2010.
