How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

On today's episode of "Whats up with the K5"

It WAS LITERALLY working this morning 😭😭
If there is a forward switch from the front seat then try that, if it still dont function then Check the fuse.
If fuse is good, hook a jumper wire from a good clean ground on the door and a clean ground to the body or frame then check function of the window.
If motor still does not function then I would imagine have to get the panel removed then check that there is voltage to the switch.
If voltage is good to the switch, disconnect the plug going to the motor, then check that You have voltage each way from the switch, if not replace switch, if so then possibly bad motor.
I really dont know enough about such as this to be giving advice other than basic function tests, if I am wrong then I wiukd hooe someone with more knowledge than I would jump in and auto correct Me. 😹😹😹

Apologies for the delayed update, somehow the jumper cables behind the glass got loose and my window was stuck at that position due to that.

Had to take the glass out, reattach it and thats it. Sprayed the gears, tracks, etc with lubrication though before I put it back together.

It all works now

Hear me out boys, need your opinion

Everytime (on the interstate) when I give it throttle, it ALWAYS shoots out grey/whiteish smoke from the exhaust. Its a haze more than anything.

Now its not excessive/smoking anyone out or anything. But its there, im not even giving/reading excessive boost numbers (close to zero)

ATS Turbo Kit.

Now that the oil leaks are fixed, how often do you have to add oil? is there any blow by? if might be a slight amount of oil from valve seals, blow by or simply condensation in the exhaust.

Oil leaks? Fixed? Lmao it's a 6.2, if its leaking it got oil.

as for the blowby, ive put the cap on the oil feed tube (upside down) and it doesnt budge in the slightest.

Been thinking about the timing aswell wouldn't surprise me if it was that either, im aware that the lines should be "On Dead Center" but ive been told different things come into factor due to the ATS Turbo I have (such as having it *slightly* advanced).

But what do yall say? The Motor is close to 90k miles, never touched the timing on it

if it runs smooth and there are no issues I would leave the timing adjustment alone. messing with that could lead to more issues.

for blow by, it doesn't need to push the cap off, just have some. if you see smoke coming out of the fill tube. with the tubing that comes from the CDR disconnected. it might be enough, but I doubt it. my 93 has severe blow by and will blow the cap off with the tubing from the CDR still connected. on acceleration it smokes the same out of the tail pipe or more!

I would suspect condensation or valve seals. your engine is still very healthy compared to mine. I wouldn't worry about the smoke too much. if that's the only issue... drive it and enjoy.
