My 2000 7.3 died after I hit a pot hole and won't restart. It rolls over but will not fire up. Changed cam position sensor still no luck. All fuses and relays good, No codes I can see on a regular reader. Getting fuel to bowl, clean filters, hpop has oil and with inspection plug out will spit...
My 2000 250 psd with 125000 miles was 8000.00 but not lariat. I got 175000 miles on it now only an alternator and two batteries. It has never let me down.
I got a great deal on my 2000 Superduty I bought it after the hurricane after having to wait in line for gas for over an hour and watching a diesel pull up to the pump and leave. Also if they are out of gas chances are they will have diesel. You can sleep in it if your powers out and stay cool...
I am happy with my 7.3 powerstroke I need balljoints as we speak. But would never buy a 6.0 ford. 4x4 chevys have crap for frontends if you put to much horsepower to it tierods break. The only good thing about the dodge is the cummins.
What would be a fair price to change all upper and lower ball joints on 2000 f250 SD 7.3 2WD CC. I was quoted $896.00 with wheel alignment. Is that fair?
