    Lifter ticking

Got in a mess last trip and my radiator overflowed onto my aur cleaner. I had to run without one to Tennessee and back. I now have lifter noise. I figure I have dirt in it. I changed out my nice, expensive Mystik 15w50 for fresh. The noise is intermittent. Do you think it will go away?

    Now the Napa hydro boost...

It's not holding pressure and is an eye opener on downhill exit ramps and at red lights. Takes a couple pumps to bring the pedal back up. Just installed this jewel a couple weeks or so ago.

    Napa starter

First one was doing the click and no turn thing. Bought a second. It was doing the same, click click click, turn. Yesterday my starter cable burned itself into a fuseable link. Today I got a new cable in and... Spark show. What ever happened to Napa being where you went for good parts at...

    What single 180 t stat?

I've been reading and researching and my head is spinning. I am running a single t stat housing. I've no clue if it's a bypass or not type. I'm running the high output pump. Do I want the hockey puck t stat or the unshrouded one, with 2 springs? Anyone have the part number for the 180 degree...

Ordered a 108 for my cb

Big ass ol one piece whip antenna to reach out there a bit more. My question is do I need an especially heavy mount for it, or can I use the simple aluminum angle bracket I have? Also, should I bend it and secure the tip or let it fly? I lost the top half of my tuneable antenna on the first...

    Do it yourself fuel return.

Here are pictures and labels of the parts to make your own injector return lines. Bottom fitting takes a hose from each injector bank and connects them to a 1/4 inch hose. # RT-3-3-4 Next fitting connects that and the pump 1/4 inch return to another 1/4 inch hose. # TUBJ-14-BN Last takes the...

    Turbo to intake hose

I am looking for the same of the hose I need to connect an hx35/40 turbo to my 6.5 intake. I want to cut the intake plenum behind the cast in boss to make more clamping area and to make removal and reinstallation easier. In other words I want a longer hose and am wondering what size to buy.

    One trip down.

1500 miles round trip. First day was a pip. Oil loss and massive blue smoke. Unplugged the CDR and been good since. Maybe a quart used since. Ran the hose back by the heater fan. Ordered a new CDR. -Power steering / hydro boost is an issue. Pump overflows when braking until the pump is half...

    Quick question, remove CDR?

Will the truck run and and be ok with the CDR hose unhooked and or the CDR removed? Can I plug a breather filter into either the hose or the valve cover itself?

    Vid towing.

Vid is loading on YouTube. I'm looking for input on timing, engine sounds, and... I don't where, but my oil drops when I drive it.. I laid under it for nearly a half hour and no leaks. I put cardboard under it and revved it, no leaks. I drive it around the block, about 3 miles, lots of hills...

Spraying steering fluid out the pump, still.

When I drive it, it overflows and gets sprayed onto the motor. Any ideas why?

    Tool for inj. Pump fittings

Trying to find just the right wrench to get on the 4 and 8 o'clock hard line fittings on an installed pump with the intake on. I've got a leaky, loose fitting. Glad it's not the two bottom most ones. My crows foot is a six point and is not clocked right. (Plus I broke it). I could cut down...

    No fuel.

Nothing coming out of the injection pump. Fuel is getting to it. Took number 2 line loose and cranked, no output. Dead on side of road. This is the new moose pump with the no hot starts issue when I got it.

Better cold air intake via the Lowe's Depot.

Went to Lowe's and bought a filter housing and cold air intake. I put a 4 inch toilet flange on the empty headlight cutout with hardware cloth over it. A 4 to 7 inch duct adapter onto that. A piece of 7 inch duct trimmed to length into that. A 4 inch outlet cone filter is good fit into the duct...
