Loud whistle turbo
A straight pipe on most any ford turbo diesel will whistle like no tomorrow. Maybe the whistle your referring to comes from the stock compound turbo setups found on the 6.0 liter- Jorge6.5

You should consider replacing that valve cover breather with a CDR valve. Will prevent gaskets from leaking- Jorge6.5
