A guy would half to find a turbo that works well and fits nice. Then get pre bent pieces build a jig and weld it all up for selling. But Depening on the time invested if it would be worth what you would make selling is how I look at it
Agreed I was working on it for about a week everynight. It's kind of a Desighn as you go process lots running around getting parts like oil lines custom made getting my flanges cut on the water jet so it can be all
Unbolted. But yeah it's really not pricy if you have the skills to fabricate it...
This is sweet! center mount location is Definatly the way to go. Getting rid of that crossover pipe helps significantly. I seen a post about running with a stock duramax? My set up I'm pulling away from stock duramaxes. Well lb7s so far haven't raced anyother ones yet. I'm gonna be getting a...

I would if they have no desire to improve or modify it and are happy with it as is. Other wise no I would recommend an up grade. The HX40WII or what ever it's called seems to be the best bang for buck at the moment. Otherwise HE351VE or VVT if they really wanna do sum fabing.
I defiantly think its a lack of lubrication during run time. Did he blow an oil line during the time he ran this turbo? maybe clippin down the highway blew a line lost a signicant amount of oil then shut the truck off a little to late? I lost a line coming into town once my guage read nothing...
Ferm that must put a big grin on you face havin that LB7 under the hood being able to put down some big power in that older body style. I know I would :) I put an offer to purchase a acreage with a 11 year old 60x40 shop last week. If it goes through im seriously thinkin about doing a build like...
