Nice Les! I'll be interested how you like it once welded together. Is it the one to fit the common 20T presses? I've got a 20T but haven't pulled the trigger on a press brake as can access that capability at work.

Big fan of SWAG Offroad. Have their Portaband table, Clutter Catcher for fab table, and their ultra simple circle cutter attachment for plasma cutter. Quality built stuff for a fair price.

Says it was designed to fit most import presses. Here's mine which I upgraded with an air/hydraulic pump.

I have the exact same setup. That air switch trigger latch (safety measure??) can be a little tricky. Likes to help hold the trigger down when you'd prefer to stop :) Perhaps I don't understand it's function? Thinking that wire catch needs to come off the switch?

Traced the cast arbor plates onto some 1" plate steel & plasma cut out tougher (maybe safer) arbor plates. Even with the questionable switch/control, the air/hydraulic setup was cheap & makes setup on some of the clumsier A-arm ball joints, etc., a bit easier.

I have a hand crank/screw drive cable winch intended to make raising/lowering the table easier - haven't gotten it installed yet. YouTube has a number of videos showing useful hacks/add-ons for these presses.

Finally getting back to my hoist. Got the first one bolted down. Took quite a bit of elbow grease to get it in. I ended up grinding the floor out to get it to set level. For some reason the base of the post is quite a bit out of square. I decided to paint the posts in place so I could spray them. The brush job on the inside doesn't look very good.

Don't sweat the brush strokes. When your easily accessing tranny and the like, you won't care about Picasso's invisible strokes. You'll just get to enjoy not laying on the ground all cramped up.

Stand I built for my milling machine today. Just a cheapie. It's sitting where the other post goes. I'm going to check into getting it sand blasted.
