idk james...I wasn't to impressed with the 550's......I expected brighter for the size of them...the 9" hid lights I had from harbor freight were brighter than the 550's.......I did however convert my 550's to HID bulbs and that did the trick for me
james i used the h4 kit i bought from you...any way to change just the bulbs to a 3k? it puts out yellow light now due to the lens...but its not as yellow as the stock bulbs
wasn't too impressed with the light output of the piaa 550's....soooo I did what anyone should and swapped in some 55w HIDs...haven't had a chance to try them at night but they look brighter in the day light...i may need to "modify" the difuser on the bulb...what do ya think...one on the left is...
I have a transgo in mine....and at just about 100k miles I think my tranny is not long fir this world...although it has seen quite a few miles of heavy towing...and I am not known to be the easiest on the go pedel
go with the edge race evolution....I have one on mine and I love it....deletes dpf codes...give you all the gauges you need...I went cheap and went with the standard race evolution...if i had it to do over i would spend the money and get the CTS race evo....also I went with chad at alligator for...

Dealer quoted me 630 for a new drive shaft plus 143 in labor to install it....I told them I could get the drive shaft from GM parts direct.com for 335 plus shipping......they came back and said they would do 450 on the shaft....still waiting on a price to have them shim it to a proper angle
They just told me the truck is still driveable.....I don't think the u joint has broken yet.....they said it was mushroomed to the point that they could not get the u joint apart.......still not sure how it mushroomed in one day and 50 miles of driving with the blocks in
So according to the dealer....due to my pinion angle......the end of my drive shaft has become "mushroomed" to the point of needing a new driveshaft.....anyone ever hear of this? The pinionangle didn't look that steep to me
