On start and in park the engine idles fine but when I start raising rpm (low) it begins to idle rough and seizes or it will not come out of the rough idle. Any thoughts would be appreciated Michael

Put another in which is good, yesterday I bleed the fuel system and it started up and ran perfect. Today it was slow to start and when it fired up it was idling rough and white smoke was coming out of the exhaust. Your thoughts would be helpful, Michael

The cast # is 2552929 which should be the date from my experience. The numbers don't make sense except for the 929-which would be a 92-94 6.5 Thanks

On start up it surges to 1000 rpm and quickly drops to 800 rpm with no increase or acceleration afterwards. -Lift pump, ops fine. Your assistance would be appreciated MDS

The 97 OSU is located under the intake at rear as many may know. It has a slight angle that is preventing me from getting the special socket on, which I always used for earlier models. Is there a new removal tool for this setup or do you have to remove the intake? Thanks

94 6.5td diesel- there's not a lot and the temp gauge has increased some and it stays consistent. Running open thermostat and radiator was boiled 2 years ago. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks

A fried was helping his dad to install a new IP on his 94 Chevy 6.5 td. He put it in with timing off dad and tried cranking itl he got fuel coming out of line but said he heard a loud snap or crack on the Turbo side of engine. They pulled gear cover and the crank/cam was off bad. I helped them...
