this might be a dumb question but i will ask it anyway,i bought 06 lbz dually in 2009 and you could always hear the turbo whine down,i cannot hear it no more i don't have a check light or dtc codes,i would assume if there was anything wrong it would throw a code,maybe i'm getting deaf any ideas...

so i decided to go with the allison oil [transyd],nobody in my city had the fittings to do a flush so we dumped it ,drove it and redumped,its all ready to go ,i was happy when we check the filter, the pan was super clean ,there was no black film it was clean and the old oil was red .this oil...

i did my first tranny service at 120,000km with castrol semi syn.,shortly after allison had there service bull.suggesting to only use there oil,what i would like to know if you guys suggest that i make this change over now or stick with the castrol,i'm at 240,00km thanks mike

well there is room to drill them out ,all 8 are done,it was kind of a high bill but my health stops me from doing these jobs after 28yrs of wrenching it kind of drives me crazy its really hard to find someone that will take pride in their work and do the best they can as they would do to there...

well i had #2 glow plug go bad ,i let the garage convince me i should change them all witch makes sense,but now the last two,one on each side have broken,has anybody been able to drill them out is there enough room or the engine has to come out,any help would be appreciated thanks mike
