Db2 wiring harnesses for a 93 c3500 obd1

Ok I've got a truck that built in 12/93 was originally gas powered I'm putting a 6.5 td in it so I'm needing a complete wiring harness for it

Lol me and my 96 already have have a love hate relationship cuase the truck came from up north hence its name crusty

The problem I'm having is when I get close to 70mph it will kick down then back up on shift make the engine sound like its screaming for mercy and speedometer will drop down to about 65mph but feel like I'm gaining speed
