Well I was checking the Burban today and noticed a small amount of oil that appears to be coming out of the exhaust manifold where it connects to the engine 1st cylinder passenger side. Any ideas? Should I worry? No weird noises and runs fine.

OK ran some FPPF and Stanadyne in the tank cleaned the injector and no more injector knock! Keeping fingers crossed I must have gotten some debris in the injector when installing it? Thanks for all the input and help! I took a video of the injector knock for others looking to see what it sounds...

Oh and by the way a 30mm axle nut socket for a front wheel drive is perfect for removing injectors. I found alot of people asking what socket to get when I was searching injectors. Just thought I would add that. If not its GM specialty tool J-29873. Trust me the axle socket is much cheaper.

So went to a different parts store and got another injector no leaks but a nice loud injector knock at idle WTF ok so this injector says Bosch but the country says India. I am gonna drive it today and see if some hwy driving and injector cleaner will clear it out if not I get to take it all back...

Just installed the second injector and guess what? That @#$%! is leaking also! Now i am going to pull it back out and go try to find another one. With a good light I can see the fuel slightly bubbling right at the two mating surfaces. PITA!
