Oil coming out the exhaust manifold?

Well I was checking the Burban today and noticed a small amount of oil that appears to be coming out of the exhaust manifold where it connects to the engine 1st cylinder passenger side. Any ideas? Should I worry? No weird noises and runs fine.

In that location it could be from the turbo drain tube leaking on the manifold.

I have not had a real chance to look at it but that makes sense I changed that injector out last week but didn't replace the gasket on the drain pipe.

Red RTV applied sparingly so that it doesn't ooze over into the drain cavity when compressed, is what I use now when I I do turbo swaps if I don't have a new gasket handy, or I tap out a gasket from sheet gasket paper
