I had planned to do so or swap the gears if I did use the FF rear. It sounds like it would be better to use the 8 bolt axles with the FF. How much do I need to change in the front. It would be kind of odd to have 8 bolt rear and 6 bolt front. Do I need to change computer or reflash.
A friend did something similar with his Cummins. He made an extention that plugged into his trailer harness so if he took the box out he just had to unplug it. Down side was he had to unplug it when he had a trailer. Splicing would solve that thou.
A while back I saw a company that sold a kit that had a larger cooler. It was rather expensive. I can't remember the name of the company though. I think they were located in Canada. I went with the lubricationspecialist kit. Very happy with it.

Thanks. I just seem to be having a hard time with the idea of less boost during normal driving but still getting more power. As well as higher peak boost with out something bad happening. It seems to go against everything i've learned so far about the 6.5. The more I read, the more I want one...
