Wonder what happen to my Power steering Pump.

Thanks for the input Therm, Would you replace the Fuel regulator? I have notice that the idle fluctuates a tiny bit at idle....

Injectors sometimes fix this. Our broker went about this the other way: changed the FPR on the CP3 and then changed the injectors if that did not cure the idle jumping.
 
I would do injectors first. With high miles like you have I would do a CP3 before just a regulator. I know I did the regulator and roughly 30K miles later the CP3 died(but this was an 01 CP3 which they are known for this). get the injectors done before you condemn the regulator or CP3. With a known issue like injectors that could be all the problems.
 
Ok, I will get injectors and new lines and hopefully I will see atleast 150k out of the new ones....
