turbo 350 ?

Yep, what he said. The thm-350/700r4/4l60/4l60e used a 27 spline output shaft, thm-400 and 4l80E used a 32 spline. You can normally get a new input shaft for the transfer case to make it work.
 
No, TH350 is a 4 bolt extension housing, 4L80E is 6 bolt. There should be a spacer/adapter available. There are length differences too.
 
The extension housing is different, but the actual round 6 bolt pattern where the transfer case bolts up should be the same as GM has used the same pattern for all there aluminum transfer cases. If the 350 had one of the cast iron anchors, then it could be a different pattern.
