will a turbo 350 bolt to a transfer case that had a 4l80? if not directly is there an adapter?

I think the 4l80e has a 32 spline output shaft. TH350 has 27 spline output. Check out this link: https://www.novak-adapt.com/knowledge/transmissions/automatic/4l80e/

Yep, what he said. The thm-350/700r4/4l60/4l60e used a 27 spline output shaft, thm-400 and 4l80E used a 32 spline. You can normally get a new input shaft for the transfer case to make it work.

So other than a new input shaft on the transfer case it a straight bolt on?

No, TH350 is a 4 bolt extension housing, 4L80E is 6 bolt. There should be a spacer/adapter available. There are length differences too.

The extension housing is different, but the actual round 6 bolt pattern where the transfer case bolts up should be the same as GM has used the same pattern for all there aluminum transfer cases. If the 350 had one of the cast iron anchors, then it could be a different pattern.
