Buy the "turbo boost bolt" from Leroydiesel.com
Is the easiest thing. Take out the factory bolt and screw in the new one. Then your line goes into it. I know Leroy sells airline kits, can't remember if he has gauges also.
Otherwise, remove part of the intake system like the upper intake-drill, tap, clean, reinstall. Then install your line there.
I live in the desert with the obvious fine sand in the air on windy days, so I wont try it in a dusty day... but I remove the air filter and do a test run to ensure that isn't the culprit. Quick freebie test, but Still get a boost gauge on it.
Followed later by a fuel pressure gauge -not needed for current problem, but nice plan both at same time. Maybe even run the lines and mount both at same time, but DO NOT open the fuel system to tie in until this problem is solved. No need to possibly accidentally add another issue.
