Hey fellas, I'm new to all this. It's a 94 k 3500 6.5tb had my truck around 6 months. Well it started launching of from take off. Sometimes it would die and start rite back. Now it just turns over fine. I'm not getting any fuel to the injectors iv looked over most of the grounds. New ops. Got a pmd from a buddy he said it's good. Now what many a blocked fuel manager ditch screen?? I'm lost. Thanks

Need to start with the basics. Jumper the LP and verify your getting fuel and pressure all the way to the IP.
Also put a piece of clear tubing on the return from the IP to watch for air bubbles.
You should have a spare pmd with you anyway so buy a new one so you know it's good.
Check to make sure the FSOS is working properly.
Also make sure the glowplugs are working correctly.
If none of these fix it your looking at wiring or electrical issues.

Batters are bad, it will turn over with a charger but no start. Is it just not getting the rite volts or amps? Is why it won't start.

I have a charger on it seems like I'm not getting fuel to the injectors[/QUOTE
I checked all my grounds that I know of. Now I have code 13 an 18 pump can fef error I took the filter harnes off put it in derelict. ? Can it be the opt cincer

Is that ACDelco OPS?

What you need to do is energize the Lift Pump using relay jumper or ALDL jumper (so it is not dependent on OPS), make sure there is no air from LP to filter. Then start cranking. If there is no fuel at the injector, the either the PMD is bad or the whole IP is bad.

How is your buddy testing his PMD? If he still have his 6.5l truck and it is running, try to start his truck with that PMD.

I put a new one on and nothing. I was doing some studying. What about the optical cincer that really don't look that bad to change out???

He don't have it anymore.. I was doing some studying maby the optical cincer is shot. It really doesn't look that bad to change out?

Are your glow plugs working? NEVER cycle the glow plugs (Wait To Start) while on a battery charger, especially in "jump start" mode, as the voltage from the charger is higher than battery voltage and WILL burn out your glow plugs almost instantly. No glows will keep it from starting.

But if you don't put it exactly like it is originally, you will get a very fancy paperweight.
How do you know if the OS is shot? If that is a guess, then it is up to you.

I would try another KNOWN WORKING PMD first.
Please don't get the USED TESTED PMD for diagnosis.
