the small holes is where the grease lubes the machined brass bushing.

insert grease here.they feel/look well made. each set is for one door: upper and lower.only my drivers door needs help so one set is all i wanted.
i'm recovering from an injury so it might be a minute until i get to them.

meanwhile, and more pressing,. my coolant crossover has decided to corrode enough to start leaking. and i don't want to spend a ransom on a replacement so i'm gonna come up with a low cost solution by using a HHMMV unit.

Dont do it. The hmmwv ones are a piece of junk.
Takes different stats also.

I would remove yours and clean it up, then use jbweld if you have to for now. I used jb weld on one before and it lasted years.
looks really simular to the one in it now except neck location. using the 96 neck.
i will give it a better look when i get it off. already have the t stat.

i'm having health issues and want to get that taken care of first. shouldn't be too long. scheduled Monday for the cath lab.

So what am I not seeing here as in I cannot see where the door detent roller is on these pins? How does the detent work? Anyone that's installed them fill me in?

Cheers
Nobby
