It starts beautiful idles roughly low power stalls even replaced PMD change ECM Changed lift pump changed IP any other ideas

More details please. Fill out signature line helps.

Have you put a scanner on it? What was the original problem before throwing all The parts in? That is a lot of new parts- part numbers and brands used please-

Where are you sourcing the parts? I have seen brand new injectors come from ssdieselscammer ruin an engine that was otherwise healthy.

I have seen many new parts cause problems that get chased around for years. I once bought a poorly running truck because a guy installed an incorrect fuel filter and never looked back at it because he KNEW it was ok since the dealership gave him that new part.
He didn’t want it back when fixed swearing I was wrong- ok by me, I bought for $700, sold for $4,000.
3 hours, piece of clear tubing (like mentioned above) and a filter was all it took. He went so far as new long block...

So why the story here? Never just install parts- always diagnose.

Sorry. Ss diesel is a rip off supplier.
Go to any hardware store, buy 6” long piece of 1/4” diameter clear pvc flexiable tubing.

On the front top of the injector pump is a piece of 1/4” fuel line that is the return line. Replace that with the clear line. Fire it up and watch for a stream of bubbles. It is normal to have 1 bubble traped in there, but a stream of them indicates you are sucking in air and would have to be fixed/ bled out.

This problem started I was told pump was bad changed pump. 6000 miles later same rproblem took to local garage had another pump put insame results I put third pump in fired it up nothing changed put bad pmd in started it ran perfect pluged good one in ran perfect until winter started it problem came back I could trick it and run perfect then it would go back each time it starts this problem is in the winter

Thank I am going to try that this weekend I drive over the road

Air is fuel as above is step#1. Step #2 is seeing if the lift pump is actually working: put a pressure gauge on the water drain 5 psi -15 PSI is good. 0 PSI and you have to put a vacuum gauge on to know if it's a restriction or just a dead pump. OPS, Oil Pressure Switch fails often and most years drives the lift pump directly. Kinked hoses, plugged fuel sock etc. are all restrictions that will vapor lock a diesel.

Where is the PMD now? Who made the heatsink and cable? Hint cheap PMD cables do this. Intake mount PMD's are out of the frying pan into the fire...

Dang. Sorry to hear that. So many people blame the injection pump and that isn’t it most of the time.
NEVER buy a remanufactured pump imo unless it is a custom hotrod build.

Remove and clean all the ground wires and their mounting locations to your engine. Replace any of the ringlettes that are questionable. This includes the battery cables. A crappy ground can give fits also.

Go back and read the questions that have all been asked to answer them- each question by different people are all legit questions and can lead to the solution.

When all the different parts got changed, rather than eliminating possible issues, it actually can complicate the diagnosis. So any info you could dig up about those parts can be helpful.

Wish you were in southern nevada where I could put hands on it. I hate to see people get yanked around like this. Just aggravates me to no end.

Don't recall manufacturer of the heatsink it is located on the intake did not add to the cable the first pump came from a place in Tn.T he second came from Pensacola diesel.in Florida new injectors came from there as well third pump came off running engine and when I fired that it ran the same

o_O  That's the problem!

Pensacoladiesel. Just read their Google reviews and some are not printable.

The PMD is getting cooked on the intake. I hit over 350 degrees on it easy. Yes turbo compressed air, no intercooler, is damn hot.
