It is a LED light so I don't think it needs more then the 5 volts to light. I can actually see it dimming when it starts the lock up. If I switch the wires around it doesn't light at all.

Probably caused it!! Had DTC 39 - TCC Stuck "OFF", 67 - TCC Solenoid Circuit (Open or Short), 68 - Transmission Component Slipping, 83 Torque Converter Clutch. These codes showed up after pulling boat from Deep creak, MD to Gettysburg, PA. (3 1/2 hrs.) This was before TCC mod. Did not have these...
Another question, can you get rebuild parts for DB2, or is that like mine & no one wants to sell any parts in fear of not being able to charge the $800 labor on the $100 part?
Well, whether you try it or not, this sounds very good to me! After installing AFE intake the factory hose ripped, I can't seem to find a hose that will not kink??

I clear codes by break then throttle etc. works fine. Then check again with out starting & 12 blinks 3 times, then 83 blinks after that continuously?? Is this because of the TCC Lock I just did or is there a sensor in tranny bad, or bad torque converter solenoid??

Nice job! looks good! I did my boost guage while on vacation. I put it in the back side of the tube, just figured it was close to the factory one. Where's the pic's of the EGT fitting??
Well sorry it took so long for update. Install boost gauge & fooler, after already backing off TM had 16 lbs. w/out trailer. backed off to 10 lbs. w/out trail. Hooked to boat & 15 lbs. again, backed off to 10 lbs with boat. Never went over 215f, & after the mountains on I68 & I70 was doing 70...
I'm really happy with the Turbo Master even if that is the reason it took me 5 hrs to make a 3.5 hr trip. Well it's my fault for not having a boost gauge, & the understanding of how it would make more boost under load when it needed it. Not that it's a bad thing just bad if computer doesn't like...
I wasn't blowing any smoke at all, & had no power at all. I was down shifting to low 2 so the RPM's would stay over 2K to keep the temp's down under 210f. Going about 35 MPH on I68.
I will let you know, but after searching through more post at DP it looks like all I needed to do was back off the TM a little?? First time pulling boat besides around the lake that I live at (max 25mph) & no mountains to go over like these in western MD.

Thanks Justin, I am getting boost gauge from Napa tomorrow & will be installing potentiometer at MAP sensor. Hopefully that will do it. Atleast the gauge will let me know if there is boost.
