the 455 chassis is a lot more than either 800/900 (01-10) series chassis period... miss it yep.. though selling it allowed me to get back into running hotshot again.
two things i'd add to you build. Hayden2886 fan clutch. and a 34 element sprag in the tranny the fan clutch engages soo b than the 6.5 and fully engaged by 200* vs oem dmax is 230ish
cut the rad car support for CAC and fenders for the pipe... in relation to another HD chassis.... .. it be easier just to swap the cab over and front clip...
the TV truck was speeding dove off the road so he wouldnt eat it at the or just after of the neck of the trailer.. then sideswide me as he came back on the road to miss a telephone pole..
if i rebuild it i have to deal with slavage/rebuilt title crap and inspections etc.....
i have/am.. got to wait till im back (parked the hotshot) and running semi trucks again... got to wait for the tittle office to be open and thursday being a holiday screws things up

no frame damage but 3800.00 to the front clip.. said the truck is value at 4500.00 even with the prove of swaps and upgrades
grady i have great luck with the ATR previose to the AT3s i have a set on my 75 squarebody chevy... love them... i might be puthing them on my 07 onces the transforce wear out

if you are talkign about the trailer jerking forward/aft or pull/push as it goes up and over the a bump..like a hay wagon bucks there is really only two causes

after twisting off two jam studs i did this with two 3/4"...
yeah.. for the time being.. there is stuff that starting to show that need fixed on the 99.. also like to get a allison put in as well, which will require spustainal amoung of down time for the truck, (new harness, driveshaft, tranny mounts), equiping the truck with power windows, locks, mirrors...
