Yes its connected correctly. I started getting a SEL with code 29 Glow Plug Relay even though I have not had one installed for a year. with the Key on I have 12V on yellow and Pink Wires even after I start it.

Where you thinking of keeping the original pump the feed the new one? I had this though as well because the original pump will flow even if it is now working and I don't think it would restrict flow I would go: From Tank to Original to 10micron filter to Walbro to 5Micron to Original Filter...
