Turbomaster install on GM4

I bought a turbomaster from Warwagon in the Spring and just got around to installing it.
I looked at heaths site for the instructions but there was a dead link to them. I emailed them yesterday but did not hear back
Any way there are 2 holes that the arm for the gate can be attached the one will not ever give me 2.5 inches of spring and the other one will not close the gate all the way?

does any one have the instructions or know what I have done wrong?

I think the arm is for the GM8, with the GM4 the rod attaches directly to the arm on the turbo.

I called Heath and did not get answer and I am still waiting for them to answer an email I sent yesterday
