Check Your TCM Mounting!

Well, I finally checked my TCM today and there isn't anything in the top hole and it felt the attachment it had was a bit flimsy. So I will remove the upper shroud and hopefully I can get a bolt and lock nut on it.

Hmm, found mine just hanging on as well,..no pins.
TCM,..does that stand for.... transmission control module?

Just replaced the thermostats on my '06, and I had the same problem only worse. No pins and not even any holes in the shroud. Only thins holding it on was the one side clip.

That is all that holds them on is 1 side clip. I ALWAYS add an extra clip to them when I have somebody come by with one.
