I voted for selling the Burb, if not for the frame rot I would keep the Burb. Good luck.

Frame rot?

Bye Bye burb.....get rid of it as long as the Tahoe fits you needs.

Or:

Keep the burb for the running gear to swap into the tahoe and dump the rest. maybe make a few bucks selling extra bits.

Rotten frame is terminal stuff not worth repairing. It's the same reason I got rid of my much beloved 89 Silverado for the 98 Sierra...

I can get a frame for it very cheap but at this point in my life that is way too much work. The frame is bad mostly in the back where a hitch would go. Otherthan that the truck could go many more years the way it is but towing is done. I just can't help weighing something that ha 111k vs 220k. The burb drives mint other than I can't seem to solve the no shutting off problem. A trip to church for some more Holy water should fix it for awhile...:D

I voted to sell but keep best parts of 2 to make you 1 really good one, that said if you still plan on pulling a travel trailer, maybe from weight distribution maybe a replacement frame is the better way to go

I vote look in a rust free state and start with a good frame and body....

well after bustin balls for 4 hrs on my Dually, I think the decision is easy. No more wrung out s't boxes. Atleast I know my Burb runs. Who knows what a nightmare this thing could turn into.
