The 9.5 didn't come under a 3500 after around 85 or so. Being a 3500 it could have been a DANA axle as well. I remember tearing into one thinking it was a 10.5", got it apart and realized it was a hybrid DANA 60(DANA 60 center with 70 outers). And the 9.5 isn't high up on the list of likes in my book. I'm rebuilding one now, and it's a fairly expensive little booger for parts compared to the JEEP's I'm used to doing. The GOV-LOK in this one was junk, you could turn the yoke about a 1/4 turn in each direction before the slack in the GOV-LOK would catch.
