My understanding is lumber here has to be stamped by an inspector that measures the moisture. Most box stores sell Kiln dried 2x4's

Side note I worked for a company that shipped to China and they mandated heat treated pallet wood to kill any biologics. Pallet wood could not be chemically treated it had to be heat treated and stamped HT.

I watched that on one of them border smuggler series.
Some pallet loads came in from Hungary and they had not been heat treated, those loads got sent back.

Pretty standard spacing around here. We have snow to deal with, also being on 2' centers allows plywood sheathing to be applied directly to them. Hopefully these trusses are overkill
I always use them metal clips between the trusses too.
Keeps the PW or OSB from bending, one sheet from another when they have to be walked on.

And @ak diesel driver I forwarded Your videos on to My stepdaughterinlaw.
She has a knack for getting stuff done around their place.
She is a real gogetter and I do believe that when She taps the follow on Your greenhouse build that She will be right out there putting one together.
Yup, she will do that carpentry work herself if Nick and Jade are too busy to pitch in.

The more rare thing here is the teamwork seen. As Denata pointed out doing his cinder block work: working alone is jot just hard but takes a long time to get some things accomplished. Putting the work in early to teach the next generation how to properly jump in and do it… that is the real skill easily missed here. Well done on that major task my friend.
