Just a speck on the wall
I thought I would do a write-up on getting an extra 2 inches out of your truck without doing anything crazy.
All you need is this:
Factory GM Part Numbers:
4- #11588351 (1-Ton U-Bolts)
2- #15712451 (2 inch blocks)
2- #15592573 (Green Keys)
I chose to replace my shocks because mine were long overdue:
Bilstein Part Numbers:
2- F4-BE5-E381-TO (Cognito Motorsports GM K2500 Fronts)
2- F4-BE5-B514-HO (GM K1500 6" Lifted Rear Zinc Shocks)
Either way, if you have green keys, your shocks are what is limiting your front end right now. Loose the factory shocks or put the shock mount extenders and you will get alot more out of them.
