To pump or not to pump?

You shouldn’t be able to. The rotate engine before rocker shaft is fully seated thing is if you have not had the head off and everything clearance checked.

No adjustments on these rockers.
confused comment from Marty i think- That is how you do studed rocker arms, not shaft rockers.
