Going in to work this morning, stepped on pedal and nothing. Truck idling fine but no throttle response. Dash light shows service throttle soon code shows p0251

TPS may be bad. Can you clear the code and see what happens?

Cleared the code while I was on the side of the road with no change.
Da$@ drive by wire accelerator went bad. Had Rock Auto overnight me one and had the truck fixed in min.

Glad to hear you got it fixed. At least they fail to idle instead of wot.

I sure sm glad it failed to idle. It was about 5F with a good stiff breeze. That hour wait for the tow truck would've been awful chilly.
