Remote Control Door Lock Receiver

Possibly, idk what power wattage a factory amp is, but most aftermarket amps use a fairly hefty fuse. I would double check all the fuses, engine bay and in the cab. I have see where simple fuses like one for the cig lighter blown caused other things not to work that weren't on the diagram. maybe the circuit that powers the relay for the amp is tied into something else in the cab. GM did some odd stuff over the years!

Alright, pulled fuses starting with the box in the engine bay. Second one, a 30 amp, was blown. Checked stereo, no rear speakers. Checked all other fuses in the engine bay and they were fine.

Started pulling fuses in the box on the side of the dash and fuse #13, a 20 amp, was blown. Check the stereo and I have the rear speakers working. Hooray! I will note that the speaker in the second door on the driver’s side is crackly so it’s blown. There are several, if not all of the speakers that need to be replaced, but I can deal with that over time.
