Looks about like a 30X30 to me. I've got a 30 X 25 and my only problem with it is I wish it was higher so I could put a lift in. My neighbor has an EAGLE lift and hat thing is HANDY to use. Brand new it was less than $1800 delivered to his door for a 9000 pound 2 post lift.

It is 30x30 and I have 12 foot Ceiling so I can put in a lift, Its as big as I can go on my property with the Pool, Bar , Smaller Barn, Granddughters playhouse and 2000+ Sqft house there isnt much room left on a acre
