Nice looking truck, congrats............ Nice running boards, too. It's hard to tell from the angle, but is the diamond stuff just on the bed flat surfaces, or does it go clear across? Also, looks like you got a new alternator and batteries, so you should be good to go with that. Good luck and have fun with it.
 
Thanks for all compliments , i love the truck don't know if you can see but parked beside it is my 2003 Dodge 1500 quad cab short box sport truck, 5.9 in it, its parked and i transfered the insurance to the Chevy i like driving it better, my dodge has 80000 Km on it about 50,000 miles Chevy has 320000 km about 195000 miles and yes i like the Chevy better,

To answer the question about what i plan to do with it, i will drive it this winter and maybe sell it in the summer, thats just a thought , and yes it has the diamond plate all around the whole box and wheel wells just the floor has a rubber mat.

Few more pictures

Here are a few more pictures,how do you get that fuel filter out to check it.

I got a list of the dealer done repairs over the years it was serviced at a GM dealer untill it was traded in last month, here is a service list off things done back to 2003

2003-both heads replaced 231,000 km

2006-fuel sylinoid and injection pump 278,000 km

2007-new turbo and wiper motor 300,000 km

2009- Febuary-All new front brakes rotors,pads and calipers rebuilt, full service front to back, intake gasket,and new fuel sylanoid relocateed to intake, all new front end parts and allighnment 314,090 KM this bill was 5000 dollars alone

Thanks for all the great comments , you guys and gals all have great rides also, i really like Missy,s DaHoooooley, i am going out to change the fuel line from the filter to the water drain on the front of the engine it looks dry and starting to crack, and well i am at it i think i will try to figure out how to change that fuel filter also,
