Sorry for not seeing this sooner. I do ALL of my tuning to work with a 100% bone stock TCM. I've seen to many mess stuff up by altering the TCM, so I tend to leave them aline except for small shift point changes. If it was an LML or newer that would be a different story as you can make line pressure changes in them. But for 01-10, I tune the ECM only to work with the TCM's parameters because efilive only gives us access to maybe 2% of the available tables. Since we see so little of the actual tune file, there is no way of knowing all the tables affected when you make TCM changes.
