thanks for all the help so far but i still have a no start .here is what i have done since i last posted,put in a new lift pump,new temp sensor,new oil sending sensor,another new fuel filter,new crank sensor,new starter,new fuel lines under the intake,new fuel return lines on the injectors,took all grounds off and cleaned,new heavy duty batteries,new ecm computer,checked all connectors for corrosion and breaks,checked all fusible links,i have taken all the injectors out and checked they are ok and cleaned,took the glow plugs out and tested them they are ok,dropped the fuel tank and made sure it was clean,put 20 gallons of fresh fuel in it,made sure exhaust and cat was not plugged up,made sure turbo was not seized up,checked pmd for ref signals got 1.23 in and 0.1 out,run lift pump to fill fuel lines to the ip then took out the glow plugs and the the glow plug fuse and turned the engine over until fuel mist was coming out of all 8 plug holes then put glow plugs back in and checked power to them and they are all getting power,still a no start.it is trying real hard to start,have some black smoke from tail pipe,i have had a motis scanner hooked to it and no codes and it say's everything is functioning ok...this is a 1995 chevy 3500HD 6.5 auto no air and is an ex AT&T 35 ft. bucket truck from TEXAS.any and all suggestions, ideas and help is greatly appreciated and welcomed. pulling my hair out here in citra florida...thanks
