I'm mostly a lurker but will chime in if I can actually help somebody. I currently have the following trucks:
1999 Chevy Suburban K2500 4x4 6.5LTD 4L80E/nv246 4.10 stock (hauls the grandkids)
1986 Chevy K30 4x4 6.2 diesel Turbo 400/205, 4.56 Detroits front and read, utility bed, 12K winch, 35 " tires
1995 Dodge 2500 4x4 12V 5.9TD NV4500 3.55 flatbed, KDP fixed, 5th gear fixed, #10 fuel plate, exhaust, 35" tires
2008 F350 4x4 6.4TD 5R110 4.10 ARB up front, bulletproofed and MiniMax tuned, head studs and exhaust, really fun to drive
plus a few other vehicles and vehicle projects
I am always running behind trying to keep them on the road but I enjoy having them, they are my hobby I guess.

Welcome. Chime in when you can.

Yeah, sounds like a nice collection. I like driving different stuff. A little variety makes them feel better than they are sometimes. Not that I have any other trucks which would be really nice but just driving other vehicles makes my truck feel better than the same ole thing on the same ole route. Sometimes you have to turn the other way out of the driveway even though its a few miles longer route. If I won the lottery I would buy and build a little fleet just for variety.

So what is you favorite to drive and how do you choose?

Thanks for the welcome. The 86 is mostly a trail truck, but can do regular duty, it's gets real buzzy at 75 though. I rotate the others and enjoy the good points of each. The cummins gets the best mpg, about 24mpg. The Sub and the Ford get 17ish if driven 65-70. Of course the 86 gets 13 ish. Recently blew up the Fords front axle, literally blew both u-joints, 1 axle shaft, had to also replace 1 hub and 1 knuckle before it ran right again. Was pulling 1000 gallons of water up a very steep forest road and the front started bouncing, instead of immediately getting off the throttle I tried to power through, first time I ever busted up a Dana 60 like that, of course the ARB and the tow tune on the 6.4 helped.
