Would this parts list apply to a ‘94 4L80e 4wd?
 
Lie-o-meter. Haha!
A simple $10 mechanical gauge and pop it in where the factory ops is or T in at the line that feeds turbo.
That’s nothing for blowby- lots of ring contact left in that engine.
Maybe a can of “Restore” might help both issues, cost is about same as a quart of oil and it doesn’t hurt anything. Thats one of the few “bottle fixes” that is worth the money imo.

There is a few options even if ya find it is low pressure. HVHP pump being a good one.

I'm a believer in Engine Restorer .

I've also been using Hotshots Stiction Eliminator. I would like opinions on this product

 
It’s a hv one that has a higher pressure check spring in it- and talking to the melling guy, he said they basically build all the pumps. But when they get the worse tolerances they become the off branded ones. All the melling ones are in the tightest toleranced ones.
