Would this parts list apply to a ‘94 4L80e 4wd?

I think so, I don't think the trannys changed till 96, obd2 , but I'm not sure.

there are some changes best would be to rebuild the 94 to make sure there's no issues. after 96or97 they're pretty much interchangeable aside from TC

Officially broke 300k today. It probably has more than that on it since I drove it for quite awhile before I fixed the vssb.

Only thing that concerns me is the hot idle oil pressure is getting lower. The factory gauge is what a friend of mine calls a lie-o-meter. Thinks the factory made it read higher to keep people happy. I'll have to check it one of these days.

Lie-o-meter. Haha!
A simple $10 mechanical gauge and pop it in where the factory ops is or T in at the line that feeds turbo.
That’s nothing for blowby- lots of ring contact left in that engine.
Maybe a can of “Restore” might help both issues, cost is about same as a quart of oil and it doesn’t hurt anything. Thats one of the few “bottle fixes” that is worth the money imo.

There is a few options even if ya find it is low pressure. HVHP pump being a good one.

Should already have a HV oil pump being a 99. Or are you talking custom......

I'm a believer in Engine Restorer .

I've also been using Hotshots Stiction Eliminator. I would like opinions on this product

It’s a hv one that has a higher pressure check spring in it- and talking to the melling guy, he said they basically build all the pumps. But when they get the worse tolerances they become the off branded ones. All the melling ones are in the tightest toleranced ones.

Ok, got off phone with Brian in the Melling Tech Support.
They still only offer the two pumps, standard and HV. Then the different pickup tubes for the 2 different pan.

He said:
gear end play spec is 0.004-0.008
Gear : housing side is 0.002-0.005
Tighter the better for increased efficiency & volume.
The plastic guide piece is supposed to come with new pumps but if ever needed part # is
M-55024 And unfortunately no metal options made.

The pressure piston is a one off. The spring for the HV pump is M-77030 and is the brown spring used in the Billet high volume big block Chevy pumps...
