My LBZ Rebuild Has Started

Excellent work, and thanks for all the pics!! How many hours did it take you? Was this your first one?? What was done to polish the cylinder bores up? Could see the socal diesel reflection, nice work!!

From the time we pulled it took her apart and then not counting the time the machine shop had the block and us rebuilding it and installing was 59.18 hrs.

The bores were tq plate honed. Yes this was are 1st Duramax, and we have just about finished the 2nd one we good in boxes done.
