How cold is it over there ? could be a fuel gelling problem.

Even sitting in park won’t go over 2000. Definitely going into a limp mode won’t shift into higher gears
Feeling the arctic blast last two days. But this started few days ago temp was above freezing and I had plenty of fuel treatment in both tanks

All things remaining equal . . . If there is no black smoke, then it is looking like fuel starvation.

Change your fuel filter 1st.
No smoke starts and idles fine takes off with dull power from a stop but won’t go over 2000 rpm in any gear
I’m changing filter and filter housing in case there’s a leaking o ring
People on other forums have suggested faulty map sensor but when I went to local Napa parts house I was told they don’t list a map sensor for this truck. Only a maf sensor
