Lifting inverted engine

The motor mount area of the block casting is normally in compression when sitting in the engine bay, when the engine is oriented properly. Would there be any issue lifting a fully dressed engine from the motor mounts (tension) if the engine was positioned like this?

I dont see how it could hurt anything, long as the bolts through the tabs or chain loops as long as the bolts are good and snug.

correct - not my engine. I was just using the photo as an illustration to help describe what I was asking about.

The engine belongs to a guy that had a whole write-up on a rebuild he did. Shop teacher or something, if I recall correctly and I was thinking it is a 6.2 maybe?
