Will be celebrating the fifth anniversary of the purchase of the dually in a couple weeks.

In all this time, I have never had a working heater. Now that the A/C is in need of some work I decided to restore the entire "climate control" system

I put in a new core to be safe, but I'm at a bit of a loss as to what I need to do to route the heater lines around the 3" downpipe off the turbo. I'm sure I can figure it out but if anyone has any suggestions, or pics of how they did it, would be appreciated.

There was no stock install when I bought the truck. Being in SW Florida the P.O. likely just eliminated the heat function when he installed the downpipe. There is, what has always been there, a bypass line from the coolant crossover to top passenger side of the radiator.

TIA

YC.......

Have you bought a set of stock heater lines yet? I know mine came off the front heater core with a sharp 90 and went up towrds the engine.
