Good afternoon, Thanks for having me in this group. Have a shop in Eugene. Looking for a 12553327 harness or info on what it does

Have a 69 Chevy K3500 6.5L D.
This engine dies, if a wiggle the wiring harness, the engine will die. It's 12553327 wiring harness. Looking for one or info on it. Can't find new harness
Welcome to the forum.
If that is the engine harness that goes from the firewall forwards then go to www.quadstartuning.com and they sell new ones on their site.

Forget what I posted except for the welcome to the forum.
Rereading Your post and Your unit is a 1969.
Best to determine which wire is broke and fix that wire.

Tell us more about this truck.
Does it have the DB2 injection pump ? ? ? ?
If so there is possibly one wire that woukd cause the engine to die if there is a broke wire.
That would be the wire that goes to the shut down solenoid on top of the IP(injection pump).
Disconnect that wire from the solenoid, hook a jumper wire from the battery positive pist to that solenoid, start the engine, wiggle the harness as before in the same manner that causes the engine to stall.
Please report back Your findings.

Welcome @Eugene Rider tell us a little about your rig. 69 model with a 6.5! we have to see some photos please :)

what year is the engine and it's electronic system from? my first thought is if it has the DS4 IP and it still has the noise filter connected to the optic sensor on the IP, that alone might be the issue. we always say to remove it and connect the harness direct to the IP and toss the noise filter in file 13 (aka the trash can)

If your running a DB2 mechanical IP with real throttle cables going to the go pedal, the only thing that would kill the engine like that would be power to the FSO (fuel shutoff solenoid) if the solenoid looses power that will shut off the engine.
