glow plug fuse?

does this look like the glow plug fuse is missing?

there are no pins in the slots on the left below the fuses that are in place...

the PO had wired the glowplugs to a switch on the dash, but, shouldnt there still be a fuse?

That fuse is for the glow plug light in the cluster. It has no effect on wether or not the glow plugs work or not. I'm guessing your light in the cluster doesn't work since theres no fuse present.

then goes off
then goes on
then goes off
then goes on
then goes off, then i start lol
