I have a Gear Vendor from my grampa's 87 F250 with a Borg Warner T19 manual tranny.

I was hoping to know if there is any fabs I could do or something to be able to adapt that gear vendor to work on my NV4500? Are they anywhere near compatible?

You can call up GEARVENDORS and see how much they would charge you to swap adapters out. They used to have a program to swap em out for a pretty reasoneable price and take your old one in exchange and then re-sell your old ones as rebuilt. There is also a guy on EBAY that has alot of different adapters available. And or lastly you could get the adapter to hook the GEARVENDORS up in place of the carriage bearing if youy have a long enough driveshaft.
