Fuel Tank Sending unit ground located?

So I am in some serious need of cleaning the ground for my fuel tank sending unit.. The fuel gauge is bouncing around like crazy and sometimes going all the way around. Sending unit is new, truck was sitting for a while, figured would give it a try to clean the ground and see if that does it first. Thank you!

My fsu did the same thing. When I dropped the tank it was just hanging there by a thread.

My fuel gauge goes all the way around too.... never fixed it. Keep us updated if you have luck.
